Call [name] RN, [name] RN, or [name] LVN at [#] to arrange for injection teaching (although clomiphene is a non-injectable drug, you will most likely also take one injection of a drug called hCG).
When your next period starts, call us at [#] to arrange for a vaginal ultrasound on cycle days 1, 2, 3, or 4. Depending on the ultrasound findings, you will receive instructions on your medication regimen and when to return for a repeat ultrasound to determine your response to the medicine.
